Express Estate Planning Text Messaging Program. By opting in to receive text messages from Express Estate Planning, you agree to these SMS/Messaging Terms.

What messages you will receive

By opting in, you may receive text messages (SMS and MMS) from Express Estate Planning including:

  • Appointment reminders and confirmations
  • Insurance verification and intake follow-ups
  • Service delivery updates and document status
  • Responses to your inquiries

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your scheduled appointments and service interactions. You may receive up to 10 messages per month depending on your engagement with our services.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan. Express Estate Planning does not charge for text messages, but your carrier may.

How to opt in

You may opt in to receive text messages by providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on any form on our website (contact form, insurance verification form, or workshop registration form).

How to opt out

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You may also contact us at hello@expressestateplanning.com or (971) 260-4479 to opt out. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.

Consent is not required for service

Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any services from Express Estate Planning. You may decline SMS messaging and still retain our legal services.

Privacy

We do not sell, share, or provide your mobile phone number or text messaging opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Carrier liability

Carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider.

Changes to these terms

We may update these SMS terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued receipt of messages after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
